During this three-month training, we will focus on Wudang sword techniques and apply these techniques to the 64 steps of San Feng Pai’s Taiji Jian form, which, based on the preliminary Taiji studies, can assist in developing coordination and attention using the sword. The movements are slow and graceful, emphasizing full-body movement. Each lesson includes a warm-up, standing meditation, basic sword techniques, and 64-step movements.
We recommend the class primarily to intermediate students.
