A combination of breathing exercises, massage, and meditation to facilitate bodily functions involving the five organs: heart, lungs, liver, spleen, and kidneys. With the season changing to winter, this one-hour Winter Qigong set will mitigate the chills of the cold from our body, nourish the Yang Qi by restoring energy, maintaining regular sleep patterns, and relaxing the mind and body, readying for the next Spring season.
