Description

Join our certified teacher, Anita Eredics, as we practice the beautiful Five Animal Qigong (Wu Qin Xi). One of the oldest Qigong, the 5 Animal Frolic Set imitates the movements of 5 animals: Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey, and Crane.

We learn two movements for each animal during the standing exercises, with
circular, dynamic, and balance-developing exercises. The movements are playful
and graceful, and they vitalize the body. They are also suitable for beginners to learn the basic movements and principles of Qigong. We recommend it as a regular daily practice for
health.
