Join Andy Fakis in diving deeper into the fire element of summer. We will discuss the generating and controlling aspects of the five-element theory. The Qigong Fire Element, summer, is recognized as the most Yang season. Yang energy, characterized by its active, outward, and expansive qualities, reaches its highest intensity during this time. The Qi Gong fire exercises are tied to the heart, small intestine, triple heater, and pericardium. 

This element rules over the heart and is linked to emotions of joy and themes of growth and connection, enhancing the season’s Yang nature. 

We will practice meditation, mindfulness, and breathing techniques, aligning with seasonal energies, to maximize health benefits and promote harmony between the body and the natural world.

 Each season carries unique energies that can influence physical and mental well-being. Regular Qigong practice can lessen the challenges of adapting to these external influences.

Participant Cancellation Policy:

  • A full refund will be given to participants who cancel their event attendance up to 30 days before the event. 
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event will only result in a credit toward a future event; no refund will be given.
  • The Zoom link will be sent one week before class starts.
