A combination of breathing exercises, massage, and meditation to facilitate bodily functions involving the 5 organs: heart, lungs, liver, spleen, and kidneys. This one-hour Autumn Qigong set will nourish the Yang Qi in restoring energy, maintaining regular healthy sleep patterns, and relaxing the mind and body for a healthy Autumn season.
